NASDEV gets built the same way the systems it documents get built: incrementally, in public, and with the structure going in before the detail. A category appears here when the work behind it starts, not when the write-up is finished. So an empty section means the topic is active and the notes are piling up — not that it's been abandoned.
Something will land here. When it does, it'll be the same as everything else on the site: what was actually built, what actually broke, and what the fix turned out to be.
